The Prospects option is an option that saves the search criteria for a client and the system automatically matches this against any new listings in the MLS. There is an additional option to automatically email the new or changed listings directly to a client.
The Prospects button can be found on the Search screen.

To begin, select the criteria on your Search screen, then click on Prospects.

The Options are described as follows:
Add New: This option allows the addition of a client and his or her search criteria.
Update: This allows you to change the search criteria for that client using the criteria in the Selected Items column in the Search screen.
Delete: This option deletes the current Prospects and his or her search criteria.
Exit: Exits the Prospects window and returns to the Search screen.
Change Email Address:
This button allows the selected prospect’s email to be edited.
Status: This box displays the status and expiration date of the selected Prospect.
Extend/Renew:
This button extends or renews the selected prospect for another 30 days.
Additional Option:
Automatically Email my Prospects when a match occurs:
If this option is checked, the Prospects will be emailed when a property matching their criteria is found. These automatic Email Alerts are sent on a daily basis assuming a property matched their criteria. Using this option is an additional cost. After the clients are saved in Prospects, there is notification regarding new prospect matches each day after logging in to W

Select the Prospects link in the menu on the left hand side of your screen.
There will be prompt asking how many properties to display. 50 properties is the default amount that will first be displayed in the Prospects Screen. This will display the latest 50 properties that matched the Prospects’ criteria.

Click on Print in order to print this list.
You can sort this list by clicking on the column heading that you want to sort by and the properties will be sorted in ascending/descending order.
To delete Prospect Listings from this screen, you need to tag them much the same way you tag in List View. Click on the box on the far left to put a check mark in it. After clicking on Delete there is prompt to Delete only the tagged properties or all properties under that prospect’s name.

Click “Yes” to Delete ALL properties for each Prospect.
Click “No” to Delete only the tagged property matches.
To view or work with specific properties in further detail, tag the desired properties and click on the List View button. This will copy the tagged properties into the List View screen.
