Importing Company Logo/Personal Photo

to Flyers and Reports

In Virtual Office, click on Reports, the Reports & CMA window will open.

  Click the Setup icon in the lower right corner of the Reports & CMA window.

Click Import Company Logo.  Or if you are importing your Personal agent photo click Import Personal Photo.  

  Select the appropriate folder in the Look in: box where your company logo is saved.

  Select the appropriate file from the file list with your company logo.

  Click the Open button in the lower right corner.

  Your company logo file will be copied into Virtual Office.  

Note: Company logos and Agent Photos must be a .jpg or .bmp file format. (i.e. agent.jpg)  These files CANNOT be a .gif file format.
