will need to upgrade every computer on your network. You
will need the software on CD.
2) If are running the 32bit version in San Diego or Long
Island -- Please do not download at this time ... this only
affects 16bit users.

New Modules:

You can use the PDF files to email, publish to your
web Site, or send to most ‘Fast Print’ shops to run

| Enhanced Export Option
allows you to export listings to a suitably equipped Palm
Organizer & other similar devices. |
| New EMAIL module is much
quicker and easier to use. You can now PREVIEW the HTML
files before you email them or publish them to your
website. |
Charts
& Graphs:
| There is a horizontal
Splitter Bar separating the Graph and the Grid. You can
move this up or down to show more/less of the Chart/Grid. |
| You can MOVE and RESIZE
the Charts window. The system will remember the size
and position when you exit & return. |
| You can drag any color
from the Palette Bar onto the chart. The system will
remember this setting until you change it again. There is
also a button on the Toolbar which will restore the
original defaults. |
| There
are sometimes more colors available than you can see on
the Palette Bar. The second button from the right on the
palette bar is an arrow which may expose more colors. |
| The last button on the
right of the Palette Bar will let you choose from a number
of different Palettes!! |
| You can sort rows in the
grid by clicking on the column header, once for
descending, twice for ascending order. This will redraw
the chart. |
| You can also DRAG ROWS up
and down to position them manually. This will redraw the
chart. Use this feature to highlight specific properties. |
| You
can RESIZE your columns. |
Reports
& CMA:
| This module has undergone
a major rewrite to provide enhanced speed and
functionality as well as to support many of the newer
32bit print drivers. |
| New Table CMA with
HTML/Email support. Added a column for ‘Subject
Property’. Also added Photos to both the report as well
as the HTML/Email file. Support provided for TIMED
ADJUSTMENTS! You can now change the look of this report by
dragging rows up or down. Or, just type in your own row
headings. |
| Fixed calculations bug in
Market Summary. |
| Added LOWEST and HIGHEST
lines to Market Summary. |
| Added a TOTALS line to
various reports. |
| Photos now appear on
Report Previews instead of Placeholders. |
Print
Full Listing:
| New HTML option lets you
email the FULL Listing. |
| You can TURN OFF the
color printing of labels under the SETUP Screen for
CMA/REPORTS. On some printers this may speed up your
printing, but the text then prints in black & white. |
| Current Date/Time added
to bottom of this printout. |
Denver
System Only:
| New support for Category
Tabs on the Search screen. This makes the Search module
quicker and easier to use. |
| New look for ‘Print
Full’ screen display and printouts. Translates the codes
into something more meaningful for the reader. |
| Condos now show the Unit
Number as part of the address. |
| Fixed the ‘Showing
Information’ report. Now shows correct phone number for
arranging showing appointments. |
